It’s a new year, SAS. Do it right.

Welcome back to S(tress)AS.  Whether you’re new to our community or a seasoned veteran of Eagle Country, it’s back to square one:  A new year, a new schedule, and a new chance to start again at the top of your academic game.

Is that first big summative just around the corner?  Are you already finding it difficult to balance your social and scholastic life?   Time management might be the key to success in this new year, so let’s start you out with some strong habits from the very beginning.

A strong sense of time management allows you to accomplish more in a shorter period of time, which leads to more free time, allows you to take advantage of learning opportunities, lowers your stress, and ultimately helps you focus.  These, in turn, lead to more academic success and happiness.  Yes, each benefit enhances another aspect of your life.  So what are you waiting for?  Check out the tips and tricks in the video below to establish habits and fully harness the power of time management right from the start of this new year at SAS.
