10 Steps on how to follow through your New Year’s resolution

Step 1:
Make a list of things you want to accomplish for the new year.

New Year, new me… right? Got to start hitting the gym from day one.

Step 2:
Share your New Year’s resolutions.

Contact your mom, your dad, your friends, your grandparents, your dog. Everyone needs to know your goals for the new year, right?

Step 3:
It’s January 1st. You’re too tired so decide to start tomorrow.

Staying up for the countdown was exhausting, you need a day’s rest.

Step 4:
You realize you’ve procrastinated to start with your resolutions for three days. Time to start!… Maybe tomorrow.

Didn’t know three days would pass by this quickly.

Step 5:
It’s a bright new day! Time to actually follow through with your resolutions.

Wake up early ✓ Go to the gym ✓ Eat healthy ✓

Step 5:
Reward yourself for actually following through with it for the first day.

Treat yourself with some delicious pan of cheesy pizza.

Step 6:
Realize you already broke one of your resolutions by treating yourself with an unhealthy slice of pizza.

*Crying but still eating*

Step 7:
Try to throw away your unhealthy food. But then realize one slice won’t hurt.

Don’t waste food, right?

Step 8:
Eat another slice because that was really good.

No one to share it with, might as well just finish the whole box of pizza.

Step 9:
Go back to your lazy lifestyle.

What were you thinking? Giving up on pizza?

Step 10:
Repeat the steps again from 1 to 10 the next new year.
